Preheat the Oven to 200c Convection.
Chop the first 6 ingredients fairly fine in a food processor.
Add to a Baking dish with Olive Oil, Miso, Harissa, Tomato paste, soy sauce and cumin. Mix well and roast for 40 minutes, stiring once or twice.
Reduce heat to 180c Convection and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Season to taste with Salt, Pepper, MSG, and Vinegar.
